Kentish town planning: Developer Wilson Connolly has completed this £25m, 195-flat complex in Maidstone, Kent. The company is in negotiations with an unnamed South-east housing association that will manage 10 units. The scheme was designed by planning architect Biscoe & Stanton working with drawing architect Grafik Architecture.
