Kent council's report demanding £10bn to spend on infrastructure is now available online.
The report, published last Tuesday, details the council's estimate of the investment in public services it needs to accompany the 120,000 new homes planned for the county.

The report has also been sent to deputy prime minister John Prescott and chancellor Gordon Brown.
