Kalwall translucent cladding is the dramatic highlight of the Highways Agency's new regional control centre in Warrington. Designed by Atkins Architects, two elevations of the stunning building are clad with two storey height Kalwall.

Kalwall distributes diffused daylight evenly, without shadows, glare and hotspots. Unlike conventional glazing, it eliminates the need for curtains or blinds. The soft intensity of full height daylighting means less artificial lighting and high insulation.
