It is with regret that we have to announce that Julian Amey, the chief executive, will be moving to take up another senior appointment, as chief executive of Trinity College London, from mid-July 2006.

During his time with CIBSE, Julian has helped to raise the national and international profile of the Institution, and in 2005 the Institution has reported another successful year with membership at an all time high.

We wish him well in his new role and are pleased that Julian has given a firm commitment that in the coming six months, he will ensure that all aspects of the 2006 business programme will be maintained, and that no momentum in CIBSE's development will be lost.
