Fluke’s new range of thermal imagers is complemented by thermography training and guides.

Fluke now offers a wide range of easy to use thermal imagers, providing a choice of fully radiometric solutions for industrial maintenance engineers and predictive maintenance applications.

The company also offers a variety of operators’ courses and level one thermography training, along with a free thermography guide and a DVD offering information on thermal imaging in industrial applications.

The Fluke Ti20 Infrared Thermal Imager provides detailed, fully radiometric images for less than £4000.

Detailed on-camera inspection routes ensure all potential problem areas are regularly visited to identify faults before they cause failure and loss of production. Fluke claims that its Ti40, Ti45, Ti50 and Ti55 IR FlexCam Thermal Imagers produce the industry's largest and sharpest thermal images in real time.

The IR-Fusion option fuses infrared and visible light images on the 127 mm colour displays, enabling easier and more rapid identification of suspect components.

Radiometric measurement technology on all of these imagers captures temperature data for the thousands of calibrated measurement points on the thermal image, enabling detailed analysis, trending and the changing of image parameters either in the field or the office. All are supplied with powerful analysis software.
