Inviron has won a contract to maintain the M&E systems at 13 Land Securities shopping centres.
Among the shopping malls covered by the contract are the 530,000sq ft Princesshay in Exeter and the St. David’s Centre in Cardiff.
Paul Horsley from Inviron’s commercial and retail division, said: “We will ensure the M&E systems are maintained, therefore operating at peak efficiency, in order to provide a comfortable environment for shoppers and staff.”
Inviron’s contract providing mechanical and electrical services across Land Securities’ London Portfolio was recently extended until at least 2012.
