The guide is based on two years’ research by Cranfield University and BSRIA into the alternative approaches to integrated teams and their marketing. It provides a toolkit to enable these teams to develop good branded solutions as the basis for a commercially successful business.
The guide aims to provide five tools that address the key areas: the integrated team, common visions and values, determining customer needs, building a brand strategy and customer value delivery.
It can be used by organisations to develop marketing structures and to help them move towards a better understanding of their business. The guide will also help companies identify the markets they wish to target, advise them on how to do so and provide guidance on establishing new supply chain relationships.
