Bouygues has completed work on a £120m scheme to build the new headquarters for Cambridge Assessment, the University of Cambridge’s exams group. Designed by Eric Parry Architects and known as the Triangle Building, the complex will be able to fit up to 3,000 staff across its 360,000ft2, allowing Cambridge Assessment to bring staff from 11 sites across the city together in one location. Other firms working on the scheme, which features 1,000 cycle parking spaces and just 187 spaces for cars, include Turner & Townsend as project manager, BDP as fit-out architect and Max Fordham as M&E engineer.
