Building will be home to 3,500 staff
Laing O’Rourke has completed work on a new design and engineering studio for luxury car maker Jaguar Land Rover.
Designed by Bennetts Associates, the scheme at Gaydon in Warwickshire features a timber roof and runs across 50,000 sq m in order to house 3,500 staff.
The new space will include offices, a site-wide restaurant, a 400-seat multipurpose hall and visitor centre.
Others to work on the scheme included QS Thomas and Adamson, engineer Buro Happold and landscape architect Grant Associates
