I have read the full statement on your web site (Byng defends record after RICS misconduct charge, QS News, 18 November) and find it amazing that Mr Byng appears to expect immunity from any transgressions in his life, private or otherwise.

It is the same rules for all of us I am afraid and if he has transgressed he must be held accountable.
