Hurleypalmerflatt has provided m&e services for the £2 million revamp of Perceval House, Ealing Council's principal office building. The 20 000 m2 building, which has been remodelled to offer an airy, open-plan environment, provides a hq for 2250 staff. Building services had to remain live, as the refurbishment of the six-storey structure was undertaken on a floor-by-floor basis, with the rest of the building staying occupied.
