Hulse has been awarded a contract by Bovis Lend Lease to revitalise the Stockley Park building, located alongside the M4, next to London’s Heathrow airport.

The revamp ties in with BP’s plan to relocate 600 of its staff to the premises from a nearby building.

The project includes the re-commissioning of the entire HV and LV electrical installation, which has not been used for five years.

Along with periodic electrical inspection and testing, in accordance with NICEIC requirements, the works will include refurbishment of the fire alarm system, replacement of emergency lighting batteries and a full service to the standby generator to restore these systems to operational condition.

Recent diversification into both electrical and mechanical aspects of commercial and residential projects has allowed Hulse to offer a complete solution to clients.
