Norfolk Frames has won a £22 million contract with Freebridge Community Housing Association, in West Norfolk.

The four-year contract is one of the largest ever awarded by a housing association and will involve work on 6,852 council homes.

‘This is a very exciting project in which Norfolk Frames will be the sole surveyors, manufacturers of a wide range of energy-efficient, high-security window and door systems. We will be installing our award-winning residential external doors at most of the 6,852 properties, while approximately 4,800 properties will receive window systems,’ said Paul Preston, Managing Director of Norfolk Frames.

The company is also preparing to beef up its Norfolk operations, with plans to create over 20 new jobs over the coming months.

Director, Anne Lewis expects company turnover to be between £8m and £10m over the coming year, and said the company's expansion plans were based on very solid forward sales in excess of £51m.
