HOVE INTO VIEW: This futuristic design by architect Frank Gehry has been recommended to councillors in charge of redeveloping Hove's King Alfred site. The four towers would include 438 flats, 175 of which would be social housing. Developing the former car park and sports centre would cost £200m. Councillors will meet to discuss the proposals on 24 July.
