Housing Today update

After a period of careful consideration, CMP Information Ltd, publishers of Housing Today, has regrettably decided to close the magazine. The final issue of Housing Today was published on 29 April 2005.
Following the creation of a joint venture between The National Housing Federation and the Builder Group, part of CMPi, Housing Today was relaunched in May 2002. Since then, the magazine has championed editorial standards, providing highly regarded coverage of the sector and winning many editorial awards.
The decision to close the publication comes after consultation with our joint venture partner and only after a number of strategic alternatives were explored. Its closure reflects the difficult trading conditions in the highly competitive recruitment sector.
CMPi will continue to cover the housing sector through its other titles for the built environment including Building Design, Building and Property Week.
