Hoare Lea has been appointed by Birmingham Development Company as M&E consultants on The Cube, a mixed-use scheme that forms the final phase of the Mailbox development.

The £100m project has been designed by Make architects. Inside, the atrium twists as it climbs through 17 storeys. The building will house Birmingham's first rooftop restaurant and is should be completed in 2008.
