Helpline not only route

Please note that the Premium Rate Helpline is not the only route to Pyronix Technical Support. Members of the Pyronix Association of Security Specialists are given access to a freephone number. Amongst its benefits, the Association offers members a loyalty scheme, sales literature and quarterly newsletters with details on new product launches, promotions and general industry news. Installation companies who would like to benefit from being a member of the Association should call the Pyronix Marketing Department on 01709 700 100 to register.

The premium rate line has been established to discourage householders from contacting Pyronix with technical queries, but to give the business back to installation companies, enabling them to benefit from this increased revenue.
