Hat's off: The £30m Yallops Yard project is the last major site in the redevelopment programme of Tower Hamlets Housing Action Trust. It consists of 262 homes, including 38 social housing and 16 shared-ownership units for the Guinness Trust. It is now under construction on a brownfield site owned by Tower Hamlets HAT in Bow, east London. The architect is Sprunt and the property developer is Lovell.
