Handsworth: Demolition of a 15-home Victorian terrace has already begun to make way for this £3.5m crescent of 28 houses in the Handsworth area of Birmingham for Keynote Housing Group. Designed by architect Shillam and Smith, 15 of the homes will be for outright sale, with 13 for affordable rent. The £3.5m scheme is part of the Birmingham Sandwell housing market renewal pathfinder.
