Osram claims to be the first manufacturer to offer a complete range of halogen lamps, both in mains and low-voltage versions.

The Halogen Energy Savers range, which consumes up to 30% less energy than standard halogen or ordinary incandescent lamps, includes classic bulb, candle and reflector versions encompassing GU10, G9 and GU5.3 with different wattages and finishes.

The lamps come in mains versions for operation at 240V and low voltage for operating at 6, 12, and 24V, for which a transformer needs to be used.
