Haley Somerset Consulting’s latest results reveal it made a profit last year, bouncing back from its losses of the year before.
Results posted last week by the firm revealed it made a pre-tax profit of £53,162 for the year to 30 June 2004, compared with a loss of £343,717 for the same period the previous year.
Turnover for the firm, which employs 125 staff across seven offices in the UK, slipped to £6.55m over the 12 months, down from £7.8m the previous year.
Managing director Steve Haley said the firm had invested heavily in training during the period.
QS News revealed last week that long-running director Mark Diviani was leaving the firm. In a statement Diviani said he had enjoyed his time at the firm and paid tribute to Haley.
Diviani said: “I’ve had nine great years and look forward to future opportunities in the construction industry.
“Steve [Haley] was instrumental in me joining the company and provided me the opportunity to progress my career. I am looking forward to our continued friendship and hearing of the company’s continued success.”
