Haigh Electrical has installed GreenBrook’s 18 W four-pin energy-saving pendant light fittings within a new Orchard Care Homes development in Belle Isle, Leeds

The nursing home is the latest in 30 Orchard homes to use the energy-saving pendants, which provide a long-term green solution by ensuring that only low-energy light bulbs can be fitted.

The technology may be bang up-to-date, but the pendants have a traditional ceiling rose to offer residents a home-from-home aesthetic that won’t make them feel they’re in an institution.

The range also includes a 7-18 W two-to-four-pin pendant and a 13 W four-pin pendant.
