The Forum of Private Business has launched the latest edition of its 'Employment Guide', produced to ease the burden for employers in small to medium-sized businesses, and help prevent costly tribunal hearings.
Produced in conjunction with the TUC, the guide aims to provide employers with all the help they need to implement the law in their workplace. This ranges from recruitment through to dismissal, and is designed to avoid industrial tribunals and unfair dismissal claims, and maintain positive workplace relations.
FPB national chairman Len Collinson said: "The FPB's guide is especially useful because it is put together in a way that recognises the problems and opportunities of running a small business."
