Planning consent has been granted for a new mixed-use development on a brownfield site backing on to the railway at East Croydon. A QS for the scheme has yet to be appointed

The development, designed by TP Bennett, includes 700 sq m of office and showroom space, and nine three-storey contemporary townhouses. The houses, which all feature internal courtyards, have been designed with the living accommodation on the upper floor, to allow easy access to private roof gardens.
