This £26m development in east London for Toynbee Housing Association won planning permission on 19 January. The scheme includes shops, cafes and homes. A total of 160 dwellings will be created, including homes for shared ownership, rent and key workers. The scheme was designed by architect Stock Woolstencroft in collaboration with the Greater London Authority and Newham council.
