Goyne Adams has been appointed cost consultant on a £225m Paddington Basin regeneration project. Merchant Square incorporates six buildings containing residential, commercial and retail units. Goyne Adams is working on four of the buildings. These include three 16-storey structures, two of which feature outdoor terraces. The architects on the scheme include Mossessian & Partners and the Kalyvides Partnership. Roger Adams, managing director of Goyne & Adams, said he hoped two of the five buildings would start on site next year.
