Remote CCTV monitoring centre Chubb Remote Video Response, based in Gloucestershire, has been recognised for its high service standards. The centre received a NACOSS Gold medal at the Walsall FC Bescott Stadium in January, presented by NSI’s chief executive Tom Mullarkey.
The numbered and framed Gold medal, produced for the NSI by the Royal Mint, is awarded to companies which have achieved Gold approval by NACOSS. This means that Chubb RVR can now provide assurance to its customers that it delivers the highest standard of service conforming to BS8418.
Chubb RVR has been monitoring CCTV since 1999, and was one of the first companies to be awarded BS8418. It has been NACOSS Gold approved since November 2004.
General manager Colin Walters said: “We are committed to providing both new and existing customers the best service, and in recognition of this, we are proud to have received the NACOSS Gold medal.”
