Going up: Touchstone Housing Association, developer of the Coventry Foyer (pictured) increased its turnover by £1.6m in the year to 31 March.

The West Midlands-based registered social landlord made an extra £700,000 in surpluses and got £7m more grant this year.

It built 150 new homes including the foyer, which provides homes and training for young people. It was developed with Coventry council and regional development agency Advantage West Midlands. The architect was Nichol Thomas, the developer Mowlem.
