Gleeson bolsters management with four senior appointments

Four people have joined the senior management team at Gleeson Building. Jose Castillo-Bernaus joins as director of design, Bernard Thomas takes on the new role of director of cost planning, Caroline Morrissey has been appointed human resources manager and Louise Ebrey has become business improvement manager.

Nicola Dibb has been appointed head of business development for the homes division of contractor Osborne.

Interior Services Group has appointed Jonathon Houlton as finance director. He joins from contractor Wates where he was also finance director.

Architect and town planner West Waddy ADP has promoted Ian Fletcher to associate.

Conservation specialist Ashley Courtney has joined architectural practice Freeland Rees Roberts as an architect.

Jim Davis has been made technical director at engineer Tully De'Ath.

Institutions
John Armstrong, deputy director of the Construction Employers Federation Northern Ireland, is to become its managing director.
