2:35PM Firm starts up Liverpool office to take advantage of Northwest boom

Gleeds has opened a new office in Liverpool after winning a slew of work in the region. The office is to be run by partner Tim Lunt.

The firm said it was already working in the Merseyside region on schemes such as the Estuary Commerce Park, the Royal Liverpool University Hospital redevelopment and a £34m new national biomanufacturing centre in Speke.

Lunt said the Liverpool base would add to offices in nearby Warrington and Manchester. "We are expecting to develop operations here as we grow," he said.
