Gerald Eve expands Liverpool operation

Chartered surveyors and property consultants Gerald Eve has expanded its services at its Princes Parade facility in Liverpool.

Catering for the North West, the new team will offer a full range of building surveying services, including design, commercial building surveys, project management, design services, dilapidations, schedules of condition, access consultancy services, building reinstatement cost assessment, party wall surveying, expert witness and high level access surveys.

Associate leading the new building surveying department Mike Donohoe, said: “This is a very exciting opportunity for us to set up a team based on Merseyside at a time when Liverpool in particular is experiencing unprecedented growth in the run up to being the European Capital of Culture in 2008.”

The building surveying team currently provides building surveying services and project manages for regeneration projects in the North of Manchester Regeneration Neighbourhood area.
