4:00PM Firm to work on Asmita Gardens tower scheme

Gardiner & Theobald is providing cost and project management on €70m (£46.85m) residential scheme in Romania. Construction started today on the Asmita Gardens development in the south east of Bucharest. The main contractor is Austria’s Strabag. The scheme comprises seven towers of between 18 and 24 storeys.

The firm has meanwhile completed a QSing job on a £22m development comprising 206 apartments at Cambridge University designed and built by MacCormac Jamieson Pritchard and Amec.
