Gardiner & Theobald is the QS working on the Princesshay Regeneration Scheme in Exter, a £135m mixed-use development emphasising outdoor spaces.

The development is part of the City of Exeter council ‘s plan to replace a 1950s shopping precinct in the centre of the city with a complex of shops, restaurants, cafes, affordable housing and leisure facilities. It will include well-defined public spaces linked by open streets and arcades.

Work for developer Land Securities began in January 2005 and is due to finish in autumn 2007. The first phase is nearing completion.
