G&C Finance appoints QS Higgins

Qualified chartered QS Marcus Higgins has joined finance provider G&C Finance as construction director.

Based at G&C Solihull headquarters in Birmingham, Higgins will be responsible for heading the team which evaluates and monitors the construction process of all G&C projects in the UK.

Higgins said: "I have more than ten years experience in the property sector and have worked alongside banks and financial institutions for the same period of time."

The former Francis Graves employee spent the last nine years of his career acting as a project monitor on a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

In addition, Higgins undertook the role of employers agent and project manager on both residential and commercial developments.
