Rockpanel has introduced a collection of board materials for external cladding that are claimed to have the appearance of wood but the durability of stone
The Woods collection is an extension of the company’s range of Rockpanel board material, which consists of rock fibre compressed with a small quantity of organic binding agent. The company claims the resulting panels are light, water-repellent, UV-resistant and can be easily worked.
The oak range consists of five finishes: rhinestone, ceramic, marble, slate and carbon oak. The finishes vary from a natural taupe look to a grey weathered appearance. The four ebony finishes – slate, granite, marble and limestone – have a strong grain pattern and finishes varying from weathered to a tropical brown-yellow look. Rockpanel board material can be used in any format and shape.
