He says: “Planning permission has been granted for a new gateway office building opposite Watford Junction station, as well as series of refurbishments to create more than 25,000m2 of office space.

“This is an early concept sketch of how the building is shaped around its immediate townscape context, with a series of stepped volumes reducing its mass.”
