This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Fernando Villa, design principal at Magnusson Architecture & Planning. The Sage is an affordable and supportive housing building proposed for the Grand Concourse Avenue in the Bronx, New York. Villa says: “The sketch shows the overarching design gesture of the building, a residential tower with its elevator lobbies facing south and the proposed vertical shading elements on the east and west facades.”
