This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by architecture and design firm Populous. Its design to redevelop the Riverside Stand at Fulham Football Club – which went in for planning at the start of the year – would increase capacity to 29,000 seats, include flats overlooking the Thames and open up the towpath. Nicholas Reynolds, Populous senior principal and project lead, said: “[This building will] provide a great home for the team and great neighbour for our local community all year round.”
