This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Martin Douglas, associate director of Pad Design (pad-design.com).

He says: “This is part of an application for outline planning permission at Winchcombe, on behalf of Redrow Homes. This Anglo-Saxon town lies in the Cotswolds. The application, for 120 new homes with associated infrastructure and formal and informal open space, was envisaged as an integrated extension to Winchcombe; with new and retained landscape features. The site has now been built out by Redrow Homes with Guinness Homes, as Meadowfort Grange.”
