This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Martin Williams, managing director at Saunders. The firm says: “We were appointed to design Welwyn Hatfield council’s vision to regenerate the centre of High View in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The regeneration is expected to bring about 150 homes, from one-bed flats to three-bed houses. It also incorporates retail units, a community health centre and high-quality public realm. The scheme has been submitted for detailed planning.”
