Panasonic has launched a range of lightweight, portable laptops specifically designed for the construction industry.
The three models of Toughbook Executives – the CF-W7, CF-T7 and CF-Y7 – are sealed tight to prevent dust and dirt particles infiltrating the components. They can survive falls of 760mm, the height of an average office desk, and withstand a weight of up to 100kg and continue operating as normal. A custom drainage system protects the keyboard, touchpad and other sensitive components from up to 200ml of spilt liquids, with the entire electronic system remaining dry and fully functional.
