Perko Powermatic controlled, concealed door closers from Samuel Heath have been used on the Redland music school in west London, designed by the Manser Practice
The closers are suitable for doors up to 80kg in weight and 950mm in width. They are concealed between the door and jamb and are designed to unobtrusively keep doors open during normal use to assist with traffic flow.
The closers have opening forces that comply with the requirements of Approved Document M. They can be used on latched or unlatched doors, have adjustable closing speeds and are suitable for anti-ligature applications.
