A series of cobalt and brilliant blue exterior cladding panels from Trespa UK have been used on The Cube, a new building at Mount’s Bay school in Cornwall
The Cube is a multi-purpose arts and performance space which, as part of the “Joined up design for schools” initiative was designed by a “client team” of 20 pupils working alongside architect Phineas Manasseh.
Trespa UK supplied nearly 700m2 of Meteon panels. Fixed using the visible TS150 system, the panels were screwed directly onto a timber subframe and arranged in the pixellated design. Meteon is weather resistant, vandal and graffiti resistant and easy to clean, says the company.
