London’s biggest Premier League football stadium comprises a perforated and sculpted panelised steel façade that wraps the building in a shimmering veil, sporadically peeling upwards to reveal the vast 49m structural “trees” that support the stands with foundations embedded 30m into the ground. The stadium offers uninterrupted sightlines and incorporates advanced shared facilities to serve its role as the UK home of NFL American football.
