The Flexsys from York is a full underfloor air conditoning system that is suitable for installation in raised floors as low as 150 mm.

The ability to operate at low floor plenum heights makes the system suitable for the commercial refurbishment market where low slab-to-slab heights might be an issue.

The system can be located alongside power, data and communication networks within the raised floor, while plug and play connectors allow fast and simple installation and relocation of connected equipment, enabling changes to be made easily to the office layout without the need of a skilled technician. The same floor grilles are used for a 300 mm plenum.
