Consultant’s strategic promotions head up this week’s appointments special
Project and cost management consultant Faithful & Gould has strengthened its senior management team in the South-east with four strategic appointments. The promotions – three in F&G’s London office and one in Cambridge – form part of the firm’s expansion strategy in the region.
“Our business is growing in many different sectors there,” explained director Ian Metcalfe. “These appointments strengthen our capabilities in the area and will help to push the business forward.”
In the London office, Sean Lockie has been promoted to regional director, Anthony Rogers to associate director and Chris Roberts to senior consultant, associate level.
Lockie has moved from the sustainability division to head up London’s whole-life value team, taking the lead on a number of high profile commissions in whole-life costing, lifecycle costing, facilities management and sustainability.

Working alongside Lockie, Roberts – the South-east’s representative on the Atkins education forum and the government’s Building Schools for the Future scheme – will act as lead consultant on PFI and technical advisory services for national and local projects.
Rogers, the third of F&G’s London promotions, is advising the London team bidding for the 2012 Olympics on transport solutions for the redevelopment of Lower Lea Valley. He will also provide commercial representation on various schemes, including the London Underground infrastructure maintenance plan.
In the firm’s fledgling Cambridge office, Clive Lane, who has successfully built up a portfolio of prison-related schemes, will continue to manage the team and commissions, while also looking to develop new areas of business.
