5:00PM Project and cost management consultant to provide QS services for University of Bristol scheme

Project and cost management consultant Faithful+Gould has been appointed to provide QS services for the University of Bristol as part of its planned £250m capital scheme.

The company's Bristol office has a strong education team and is already engaged on several schemes at the university, including a major refurbishment of the HH Wills Physics Building.

The firm's Chris Rogers said: “The QS team has developed a close working relationship with the university project office and will integrate closely with the selected project design teams over this period of time.”

He added: “The framework will enable us to further use our specialist expertise to benefit what is a very prominent institution within Bristol. We are already working on various feasibility studies for refurbishment projects on the main city centre site and the Langford veterinary school.”
