Faber Maunsell has included ground source heat pumps for the York House office redevelopment in Lambeth, London.

The 32,050m2 steel and glass scheme on the south bank of the Thames is expected to receive a BREEAM excellent rating when completed at the end of 2010. The building will have a 10,000m2 roof terrace with views towards the Houses of Parliament.
