A new software package has enabled M&E firm Maxwell Stewart to increase the speed of its training and produce consistent reports from its estimating department.

The firm installed Pantek’s Software Toolcase when it became clear that, for the business to grow, its estimating had to become more efficient. The key demands from the software were flexibility and Windows compatibility to help with fast integration into the department by new recruits.

The software has been linked to current price information enabling accurate quotations to be produced and changes to be tracked.

The firm uses the software for all estimates, from small works below £500,000 to large-scale bids of £15 million.
