12:10PM Chesterton launches international development consultancy

Estate agent Chesterton has launched a consultancy for developers venturing abroad. The firm is bidding to rival construction consultants like Davis Langdon and Gardiner & Theobald by offering services including drafting business plans and feasibility studies, plus due diligence work.

The new business arm will be lead by Nick Freeston, who will report to Adam Stackhouse, sales director.

  • Working with corporate partners to provide a ‘safe buying environment’ via in depth due diligence reports on developer organisations for corporate groups.
